Additionally, the investors weren't fans of LED strip lighting; they only opted for one for the kitchen countertop, but only because of its functionality and the fact that they don't use the kitchen often.
There was a major dispute over the television – the husband didn't want a TV in the apartment at all; if anything, he preferred a projector with a projection screen, but the wife wanted an easy access to TV shows. The television was primarily visually intimidating – a large, dark rectangle on the wall. Ultimately, the wife won the battle.
The bedroom differs slightly in style from the rest of the apartment, but its design eventually began to revolve around the wallpaper chosen by the investors.
The bedroom accommodated a large upholstered bed, a large wardrobe, and a dressing table.
The hallway, initially problematic, became a preview of the apartment's interior design – the design of the large wardrobe played a key role.
The investors also left one room for themselves to furnish, as well as some walls, where they wanted to display their collection of vintage posters and photos of the couple.
The husband, however, had the first choice between a bathtub and a shower – he preferred a bathtub, the wife - a shower. The bathtub eventually ended up being installed, along with a sliding glass instead of a shower enclosure and a wall-mounted shower column.
There was no dispute, however, about the marble-effect tiles – both agreed on such a bold pattern combined with a vibrant color palette. This remains one of the most interesting bathrooms we've ever designed in terms of tile and color choices!
We initially developed two concepts, from which each investor selected the most relevant design suggestions, and all of this converged into a single design concept, which we refined together.
We decided on the principle of color blocking in the design—based on large areas of color from a palette previously established with the investors. Color became the main design motif for the apartment's interior design.
The furniture was mostly custom-made, while others were carefully selected, but the overall interior was cohesive. A significant part of the interior design is the lamps, which don't need to be lit to be pleasing to the eye.

Furthermore, the husband had his own vision, the wife had hers, and they only slightly overlapped. It was easiest to explain everything in graphic terms.
