What is a consultation?
This service involves providing professional advice to investors in situations that don't require a comprehensive project. This could include selecting wall colors for a room, selecting interior elements such as furniture, or providing advice on the functional layout of a given space, such as a kitchen. Depending on the needs, advice is typically provided via email or video call.

Interior design - a complex project
What is a comprehensive project?
This is a design project that allows the investor to complete the interior and estimate the associated costs. By ordering this service, you will receive assistance from our designer in the functional layout of the rooms, selecting materials and spatial elements, finally selecting the interior style that will meet your expectations. The design process in this case is divided into several stages:
1. Consultations with the investor about the investment and expectations. At this stage, you will receive an offer.
2. Once you accept the offer, the designer will conduct an inventory of the space.
3. The designer will present a first concept for the space. At this stage, you can determine and implement changes.
4. After making changes, the designer will present a revised concept, and once it is approved, she will move on to creating the remaining elements of the project.
5. Finally the investor will receive the completed project in digital form.
What does it include?
A comprehensive design includes:
- visualizations (1-3 per room, depending on needs),
- functional and spatial plans,
- cross-sections or wall views with the layout of elements such as electrical points (industrial drawings),
- a table-based list of materials and furniture with a cost estimate (excluding labor costs).
Conceptual designs
What is it?
This design project aims to help the investor understand their ideas and implement them into the interior. It primarily provides visualizations of a given concept, a general functional, a spatial plan, and can serve as the basis for a comprehensive design. With its help, the investor can determine the elements and their location, as well as select the colors and materials they desire, incorporating them into the interior. This will facilitate decisions about taking the next steps of creating the final the design. The investor can decide on the level of detail in the design, depending on their needs – is the arrangement of furniture, wall art, and the overall color scheme a priority?

It primarily contains visualizations (1-3 per room, depending on the need) and functional and spatial projections.
