WITH A HINT OF GREENERY
Most of the interior is bathed in white, beige, and warm wood tones, with colorful accents provided by glass lamps, paintings by Agnieszka Banasiak T, and, of course, vibrant greenery. One blue chest of drawers is a sentimental item for which the investors wanted to find a special home.
The investors also aimed for comfortable relaxation, so the room included a large modular corner sofa, with a stone coffee table in front of it, contrasting slightly with the cozy wood textures. There are few color contrasts in the apartment, but there are curves and sharp corners that lead the eye to unconventional corners.
The interior is bright, slightly eclectic, but fitting for the joyful investors who have created a dream home in it - a home full of life, change and character.
The investors also dreamed of a vibrant green wall and a bright spot for growing potted plants. We proposed separating the living area from the entryway with a curved partition, which created a space for plants on one side and a large wardrobe in the hallway on the other.
The choice of materials was also crucial to the design – the investors favored natural, light, and warm wood, which became a key design element. Natural wood parquet flooring, compatible with underfloor heating, and wood-effect elements in the form of MDF and laminate on the walls and furniture (unfortunately, the budget didn't allow for veneer, which we had planned in the initial design stages).
After years of renting, a couple of investors bought their first apartment in one of Poland's major cities. Wanting to transform it into their dream home, they asked us for interior design assistance.
The consultations were quick and efficient – the investors knew what they wanted: bright and cozy, yet elegant interiors, with room for the collection of things they already had – including the furniture they didn't want to part with.
