− Contact (Form/Email): Purpose: Responding to your question or request.
− Basis: Legitimate interest of the Controller (building customer relationships) – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

− Contact (Form/Email): Purpose: Fulfillment of the provisions of the contract, execution of the order.
− Basis: Contract signed by you or consent granted by you.

Who has access to your data? (Data recipients)
We care about your data. We do not sell it to anyone. Only entities providing technical and legal support to us, with whom we have concluded data processing agreements, have access to it:
− Accounting firm serving Matyja i Kopejkin Sp. z o.o.
− Hosting and email server provider.

How long do we store data?
− Your data will be stored for 5 years after the financial report is issued.
− Data from the contact form: Until the matter is resolved or an objection is raised.
