Design of an apartment in Modern Classic Style
The bathroom is designed in neutral colors, with ample storage space in the built-in furniture. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a freestanding sink with a tall mirror behind it.
A dominant, yet delicate and elegant kitchen with white fronts on the lower cabinets and a white sintered quartz countertop. Some of the upper cabinets echo the navy blue elements, and next to them, a gold-colored chimney hood. A loft-style, openwork glass partition with metal frames separates the living area from the hallway.
The bedroom follows the same style and color palette as the living area – similarly to the dining table, a large gold circle on the ceiling above the bed breaks up the white and highlights the chosen lamp. In the center of the bedroom is a large upholstered bed in navy blue, with a large built-in wardrobe to the side, and opposite the door, a dressing table with a mirror.
The living room features a bright, modern modular sofa with cream upholstery, and a media wall with navy blue accents provides contrast to the other light walls and furniture, concealing the large TV.
The dining room features a large wooden table and comfortable upholstered chairs. The zones are separated by lighting and rugs.
A conceptual design created for the developer for promotional purposes. The apartment is quite large and spacious, with large, bright windows and higher-than-standard ceilings. The apartment is designed in a Modern Classic style – elegant and modern, full of contrasts, accents of gold and navy blue. The living area comprises a large living room with a dining area and a kitchenette.
