INVESTMENT STUDIO APARTMENT
The project primarily involved brightening the space, finding the most functional layout, and, of course, a complete renovation.
We decided to paint all the walls and ceilings an off-white, warm white, and replace the floor with a warm, natural wood shade. The kitchen also received a new layout and became a built-in dining space.
A comfortable sofa bed with a mattress, a fold-out coffee table – plenty of solutions for small spaces, serving multiple functions. Despite the limited space, the bathroom still has room for a washing machine and a comfortable shower.
The whole thing is complemented by lighting with three levels of functionality (technical, daylight, and relaxation). Believe us, the transformation of the apartment from an old, dark, and grimy one to a bright and spacious one was significant!
We were faced with just such a property – an investor purchased a studio apartment in an older building in a small town in Silesia. The apartment was very dark, with walls covered in soot and dirt. The entire property had only two windows, leaving some of the space inadequately lit. In short – a challenge.
Studio apartments are currently the most frequently purchased type of investment property. Developers are eager to install at least a few of them in modern buildings, but studio apartments have existed before and can be found in slightly older buildings.
