INVESTMENT APARTMENT
The final design features simple, minimalist, yet cozy interiors. A spacious bathroom with a shower and a large, illuminated mirror. A kitchen with a bar counter and high stools. The apartment also includes three separate rooms, which the investor designed himself.
The apartment presented here was intended for rental purposes, and the investor planned to finish it himself. The design brief revolved around creating a functional spatial layout, selecting cohesive materials, and developing a visual identity for the interiors – all while staying within the established budget.
This apartment is an example of one of many investment apartments – those intended for rent or sale. In some sense, every apartment is a good investment – especially one we live in ourselves.
However, our design studio is sometimes approached by clients who want to rent or sell their apartment for the highest possible profit. Often, a good interior design can turn an apartment into a bargain.
