After all agreed-upon changes have been implemented and the investor has approved the concept, the designer creates the final version of the design – visualizations, design documentation with descriptions, and other design components (depending on the arrangements) – and sends it to the client via email (unless otherwise agreed).
The final design stage
After completing the first design concept, the designer sends it to the investor via email in a preview format. After reviewing the message, the investor either accepts the concept or requires changes. The designer takes the next steps based on the decision – making corrections and sending the design back to the investor or beginning work on the final visualization and design documentation.
The designer creates the first design concept according to previous arrangements.
Whenever possible, the designer will personally visit the project site and conduct the inventory themselves. However, if this is not possible or the investor only plans to collaborate remotely, the client is responsible for conducting the inventory (according to the designer's instructions).
Inventory
Taking measurements and photographic documentation of the designed space.
During the consultation both sides determine the overall style of the designed space, the required functional and aesthetic solutions, budget, deadline, and other additional services. It's also the time for both parties get to know each other better - a good relationship between the designer and the investor is the foundation for a successful collaboration!
Conversations between the designer and the investor regarding the client's expectations and capabilities regarding the project.
